"We stayed three nights at Royalton CHIC Cancun, after spending New Year’s at Secrets Akumal in the Riviera Maya, and unfortunately this hotel did not meet our expectations. "A infraestrutura do hotel é incrivel!! O hotel é lindo, uma fusão perfeita com a matureza do litoral mexicano. Me hospedei num quarto com vista para a piscina e para o rio, na casa Viento. Os funcionarios são muito atenciosos e prestativos. Usamos também o serviço e transporte para os parques e tudo funcionou perfeitamente bem. Os parques também são muito interessanres e estão incluídos na diária. Vale muito à pena. Eu e minha familia ficamos com vontade de voltar."

"Place is ok, I felt like I spent more time walking the halls back and forth because of them giving me a dead phone so I couldn't call reception(long halls and up and down elevators). TV remotes are held at reception and we didn't know so walked to reception got it and walked all the way to my room and it didn't work.
