Vilas em Playa del Carmen, ROO

"The house was fantastic. It was exactly as described, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The back yard is something special with a lovely nice sized pool and hot tub. In terms of the host, they were extremely responsive to even the smallest question or issue that might have come up. Beth who was our house manager was friendly, organized, responsive and made sure that our stay went smoothly. Also, the location is beautiful with easy walks to the gym, shopping, and the beach. "Cool house with plenty of space for friends and family. Not super decked-out and minimal amenities but clean and tidy and comfortable. Great customer service too."

"We were a group of 17, house fit us all well. Close proximity to beach. 15 to 20 minute walk to 5th AVe. Pool was small, but we made it work. Air conditioning was good, water was unpredictable, it often quit, but fixed promptly when called."

"Wonderful location "

"We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO in Playa del Carmen. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive throughout our trip, which made everything feel easy and well cared for.The home itself was clean, quiet, and very comfortable—exactly what we were hoping for. The location was also ideal: about a 10–12 minute walk to the beach and within easy walking distance to Avenida Quinta, so we had great access to restaurants, shops, and everything we wanted to explore. One thing we especially...

"Very big homeFurniture looks dated and could use some upkeep from kitchen sink being shaky to loose toilet. Host was very responsive and eager to help out with any questions or doubts I had about the home or services provided. Thanks Valentina We had a wonderful time in our stay."

"We enjoyed being able to stay with our large group of friends. The house is nice and big and provides plenty of space. The pool was fantastic! The private beach is beautiful. It would be nice to have some light weight beach chairs available for guests to take to the beach with them. The house was nice and clean and we had a wonderful time! "

"The house was incredible - exactly as pictured, but somehow even more beautiful in person! The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to cook and fully enjoy the property without needing to go out. We hired a private chef one night that the property owners recommended, and she was incredible! There is a lot of natural light thanks to all the windows, while the greenery still gives it a very private and secluded feel. The gated community also felt very safe, with security and plenty...

"Ingrid, the property manager, was phenomenal! She was communicative, prompt, and help me plan a surprise for our party. The property is in a very safe place and accurately listed. I don’t think you can find a better place for the price. We had the best time! Will definitely be back! "

"Our host, Greco, was great to work with before and during our stay. We were happy to have a house that accommodated our 20 family members. Safe location and central to all the fun things we wanted to do. "

"The host had great communication, they did a grocery shop for us so that we had food upon arrival . We were a group of 19 , 10 adults and 9 kids and the place was spacious. It was a little dated but nothing major , there is no oven only gas stove top but we made it work , could use a new bbq .
