"Cute and cozy condo made a great home base for 1-4 people. A rental car is strongly recommended. We did cook a couple of meals in the condo and the kitchen worked great. The only amenities we wished we had were a private sunbathing spot on property (had to go to the beach), and a hot tub"

"We loved staying at Casa Palo Verde for a week this holiday season. It is located about a mile North of Marina where the crazy party was happening. It is located in the heart of the Downtown neighborhood and we were able to take Uber everywhere we want. Each Uber ride cost $4-6 to go anywhere in town. We even took Uber to further out beaches Like Playa Santa Maria and Playa el Chulino for $10-$15. We walked everywhere when we feel like it and felt pretty safe walking around the neighborhood. I...

"The location of this is walking distance to downtown Cabo Marina where you will find many restaurants, shopping and Mexican markets for authentic gifts and clothing! We wallked with our two boys ages 11 and 7 about every evening and made it to the marina in about 10 minutes and felt very safe! Also with the resort being located on Medano beach which is super calm for swimming my boys had a blast playing in the sand, kicking the soccer ball on the beach and swimming in the ocean!!
