"We were able to enter the apartment/condo style suite with ease, beautiful small pool to be by in the evenings, and lots of areas to walk around in. Easy to drive to main strip where the stores are. Hotel had a very attentive and friendly agent to communicate with via Whats App, who ensured our stay was comfortable and our needs were met. Thank you Rafael and staff. "

"More than enough room for your entire family. In fact, my family only used 2 rooms. Large kitchen refrigerator. Anything I asked for the management provided. Showers, rooms, and everything is tile. Best tacos ever at El Socio Naiz. Marcado 28 and Mercado 23 are great to buy gifts at good prices. Make sure to visit isla mujeres. Don’t visit any timeshares, 3hrs minimum, 90 min is a lie. Ventura water park is cheep and awesome."

"I spent 26 days here and absolutely enjoyed it. The apartment was clean. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were hard. But that wasn’t a big deal for me. I could come and go as I wanted. There are no elevators. Also, you may not get the apartment that they show on their Expedia/VRBO ad. They have somebody there 24/7 and are always there to help. It was very nice. I hope I get to stay there again. "

"I love Cancun Plaza and loved the condo we stayed in. The only thing between the ocean and our balcony wa the beach. The pool is great and there are several places to eat that are walkable. The Bus stops right in front and wi take you everywhere for 12 pesos. I would stay here again."

"The staff in the block s very helpful, but the flat is a major letdown. The kitchen is barely functional and is equipped with 2 frying pans and a sauce pan. There were plates and mugs but just one glass. The cooker is tilted to one side and so is the fridge. Toaster is old, dirty, unusable. Showers don't work properly . Pillows are horrible. The air conditioning was fine. The swimming pool area is nice and the staff at the block friendly. But there is no care put in the flat for the most basic...
