The room is in a condominium with shared areas. There may be noise during your reservation (from other guests, animals or cars)

- La reserva es únicamente para los huéspedes registrados, no se permiten visitas o huéspedes extra ni mascotas.
- Por favor respeta nuestros horarios de silencio de 9:00 pm a 9:00 am
- Por favor no fumes dentro de la propiedad ni consumas sustancias ilegales.
- Por favor no uses las toallas para limpiarte el maquillaje o el bronceador.
- Los WC de la zona no soportan papeles dentro de la taza y también para cuidar el medio ambiente te pedimos no los arrojes ni cualquier otro objeto porque se puede tapar y contaminar mucho.
- No tenemos permitido colgar toallas o ropa en balcones o ventanas a la vista de los vecinos.
- Te pedimos no dejar basura en áreas comúnes o fuera de la propiedad, si no sabes donde tirar la basura por favor pregúntanos.


⚠️ IMPORTANTE:
- Reposición por pérdida de llaveo toalla tiene un costo de $20 US cada uno.
- Tienes total privacidad la propiedad, sin embargo si se presenta alguna cuasa de fuerza mayor donde tengamos que acceder te haríamos saber con anticipación (Inundaciones, fugas, fuego etc)
