The room is located in a condominium with shared areas. There may be noise during your reservation (from other guests, animals or cars).

Extra services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

There are no windows in the apartment, only in the bathroom.

RULES DURING YOUR STAY:

- The reservation is only for registered guests, visits or extra guests or pets are not allowed.
- Please respect our quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am
- Please do not smoke inside the property or consume illegal substances.
- Please do not use the towels to wipe off your makeup or bronzer.
- The toilets in the area do not support paper inside the bowl and also to take care of the environment we ask you not to throw them or any other object because it can be covered and contaminate a lot.
- We are not allowed to hang towels or clothes on balconies or windows in view of the neighbors.
- We ask you not to leave garbage in common areas or outside the property, if you do not know where to throw the garbage please ask us.


⚠️ IMPORTANT:
- Replacement for loss of key or towel has a cost of $20 US each.
- You have total privacy in the property, however if there is any force majeure event where we have to access, we will let you know in advance (Floods, leaks, fire, etc.)
