Luxurious apartment in one of the most exclusive areas in Tulum, located on the first level in a very secure and private community that retains 60% of green areas with amenities such as: swimming pools. The apartment is decorated with Mexican artwork in the living rooms and has comfortable furniture and a modern design, we are located 8 km from the hotel zone of Tulum and only 10 minutes from the commercial area of Aldea Zama.
The property is distributed in two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king size bed and a private full bathroom.
The secondary bedroom has two double size beds and a private bathroom.
The living room has a social area distributed in living room and dining room. The dining room has 6 seats and the kitchen is equipped with two ovens, cooking tools, stove and a large refrigerator, ideal to organize an event with a private chef or cooking comfortably during your stay.
The living room has two very comfortable and spacious sofas and right next to the social area is the private garden and the private pool that has a very good size and a depth of 1.70 meters.
The social area has a half bathroom so it is not necessary to share the bathrooms in the bedrooms.

Puerta Azul is located within the community of LUUM ZAMA, it has controlled access so it is important to coordinate your arrival with our concierge service so we can announce your access.

-CONSTRUCTION
Tulum is a destination that is currently experiencing real estate growth, so it is important that you know that in all areas there are constructions around and there may be dirty roads.
Construction hours are typically 9am to 5pm, but may occasionally be extended from 8am to 6pm Monday through Saturday.
Depending on the stage of construction, there may be loud and disturbing noise.

-FAUNA-
In Tulum we have a great diversity of species such as turtles, jaguars, tropical fish, birds, rodents and insects.
Due to the vegetation we have, the climate, and the constructions, you may find some visitors, this has nothing to do with dirt, far from it, they are simply in their habitat that they share with us, they are not dangerous.

-BASIC SERVICES-
Tulum is experiencing great growth for which it was not originally designed and in which the government and service companies are working to improve but for the moment it is possible that services such as water, electricity, internet, may be interrupted due to situations such as weather or maintenance of suppliers and this is completely out of our control.
Sometimes they let us know in advance and we will notify you in as soon as possible, but many other times they happen without prior notice.
