Getting Around:
The nearest airport is Cancun International (CUN), located 37 miles away, about a 50-minute drive. The villa offers free parking in a private garage for those with a vehicle. Biking and walking are popular ways to explore Playacar’s scenic paths, while taxis and local shuttles provide easy access to beaches, markets, 5th Avenue, and nearby attractions. Public transportation is available just outside the Playacar gates, offering routes to cenotes, Xcaret, and other Riviera Maya hotspots.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Guests will need to climb stairs to access the upper rooms.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Guests will be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- All guests will be provided bracelets that they must wear for the duration of the stay.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help save energy by keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $5 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. The meter will be checked on the day of arrival and again on departure. Please be conscientious of what you consume and always turn off lights and the AC before leaving as it consumes the most.
- If you need a cot or pack an play, we can provide one for an extra fee previous notice given.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- There are outdoor security cameras strictly for security and safety reasons.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.
- We provide essentials like toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwashing soap to get you started. Just note that these starter items are not replenished.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property using a code to the lockbox to retrieve the keys. The code will be sent before your arrival.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.
