"The apartment was clean, cute, and comfortable. It’s a basement unit with a small kitchen, but a spacious living and dining area. The queen-size bed was comfortable, there was good closet space, and having two bathrooms with great showers was a big plus. We felt safe, and the location was ideal—very close to Greenpoint, where we were visiting family daily, which made it perfect for our stay. "Sorry to say we had a bad experience with this stay. The apartment wasn't cleaned properly - the floors were not mopped and extremely sticky (it sounded like walking on Velcro, we ended up buying our own mop to fix it), and worse we found marijuana edibles under one of the beds (not good, especially when you have kids). The bedroom was too cold even when blasting the heat (the living room warmed up ok so the ventilation seemed faulty), and I was surprised to find there were no spare linens and...

"We needed a place that was convenient to commute to see family in Manhattan, and this fit the bill. However, we had some trouble with the door lock, and the floor had to be wiped down by us before we could walk around in sock feet or barefoot. The neighborhood is generally safe, but there tended to be someone loitering near the doorway each night. The bed is comfortable, and the shower was clean and adequate."

"The property is close to many subways, so it was super convenient. Check-in was easy and the property was well-stocked and spotless. There isn't much of a view, but I wasn't really expecting one anyway. I'd stay here again. "
