"Everything with the room and property was good. Check in was easy. The elevator was out the whole time we were there. It all turns around if you ask any employee a question. We had 6 people in our room and we only had 4 towels. I went to the office and asked for 2 more sets of towels. They acted like I asked them for a kidney. With an attitude, the response was, "We don't provide extra towels, there's a laundry mat on the 2nd floor." I said I don't need EXTRA towels. We have 6 people in our room...
