"The pictures of the property were accurate. Beds large and comfortable. However, the host did not answer his phone the few times I called. I had to call the help line for assistance and information on how to enter the property. The Host lived in the first-floor unit. He seemed confused when we arrived however, we arrived 30 minutes early. During our stay, the host was responsive to any and everything we needed. "This was the perfect place for my family to stay during our trip to NYC this fall. Apartment was exactly as listed. Both kids had their own bedroom which was nice. Neighborhood was great. Very convenient access to the subway and if you’d rather walk, it was an easy walk to 5th Avenue, Central Park and Rockefeller Center. Host was super helpful and responded quickly to questions. We had a great trip! We would highly recommend staying here."
