"It was a decent stay for what we wanted to do. Very welcoming for my wife and I. They did not mention there was not an elevator and it’s on the 4th floor. So be prepared for that. Breaker went out in the middle of the night during the winter and no breaker box in the room. So they were nice enough to come and fix that for us around 1 am."

However, we had some trouble with the door lock, and the floor had to be wiped down by us before we could walk around in sock feet or barefoot. "O grande diferencial deste hotel é, sem dúvida, a localização. Fica praticamente na Times Square, com fácil acesso ao metrô e a diversas atrações, o que torna a estadia muito prática. O hotel passou por uma reforma recente e isso é perceptível nos quartos e áreas comuns. Algumas melhorias ainda estão sendo concluídas, mas, no geral, tudo parece renovado. Os quartos são limpos, os banheiros são pequenos, porém funcionais, e atendem bem para quem pretende passar a maior parte do tempo explorando a cidade. O principal ponto de atenção antes de fazer a reserva são os elevadores. Eles ainda são antigos e, apesar de estarem em processo de modernização, acabam comprometendo a experiência. O tempo de espera pode ser bastante longo e imprevisível, especialmente nos horários de maior movimento. Esse foi, de longe, o aspecto mais negativo da hospedagem. O café da manhã não está incluído, mas há uma conveniência no próprio hotel, além de inúmeras opções de cafeterias e restaurantes nas proximidades. Por fim, vale destacar o atendimento da equipe, que foi sempre muito cordial e prestativa. Se a modernização dos elevadores for concluída, a experiência tende a melhorar bastante. Ainda assim, pela localização excepcional e pelo bom atendimento, considero uma boa opção para quem quer ficar no coração de Manhattan."
