"My child participated in the itheatrics camp, and this location was perfect. He felt safe to walk to rehearsal every day and we could easily walk to shows every night. "My group and I were pleased with this rental. The property consists of two units side by side. Price is relatively reasonable. The only two slight down sides to it is that not all the bedrooms had a/c window units and secondly that there was a neighbor complaining about loud laughing. (Its hard not to laugh out loud when your group of 12 is on vacation and having a great time) Otherwise everything else was great. "Not far from Hudson River park for pets, short distance to subway. Easy access to/from Lincoln tunnel. Much of midtown was walkable, everything that wasn’t was easy to get to from subway. Nice bathroom, legit kitchen, everything easily accessible by the guest."
