Seeking F roommates ONLY. Unwind in Brooklyn at this fantastic apartment with ONE OPEN X-Lrge ROOM. My long-term roommate and I are looking for a Roommate who can stay on a Month-to-Month basis. We prefer long-term stay but will entertain a short stay for those who are a good fit. Enjoy the convenience of 2 bathrooms, complete with a bathtub and hair dryer. This SPACIOUS apartment also offers amenities like WiFi, AC, and heating to ensure a comfortable stay. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in NYC / Brooklyn. We are located in PRIME Crown Heights area, a 5–10-minute walk to the A express train on Nostrand Avenue stop. I am in my mid 30s in the healthcare field and doing a career transition at the moment. The 2nd roommate is in her early 20s and a creative/musician who works in the restaurant industry. There will never be any issues with using the Bathroom or Kitchen as we have a staggered schedule. Plenty of privacy for each roommate. I am the leaseholder, and I am out of the apartment about half the month (half the week) as I stay over at my mother's apartment in Upper Manhattan (she is currently ill, and I am her care-giver). So you will be sharing the apartment mainly with only 1 other roommate so there is maximum privacy. Occasional friends and overnight guests are fine! We are a chill relaxed and very quiet household-- no loud parties. This is a perfect set-up for those working 9-5 or relocating for work here to NYC or visiting for a few months on Internship/studies.
