"Excellent location for visiting Haleakala NP. The drive for a sunrise reservation was not difficult at all and was fairly close. It was also easy to get down into town to the Target and other stores but was nicely located in a residential neighborhood on the slopes in Up Country. The host was communicative and helpful. The B&B was nicely decorated with unique and beautiful furniture and very clean and very organized. Everything is helpfully labeled. We would definitely consider staying here...

"This a charming and beautiful old building. The individual rooms and common spaces are inviting, and sitting on the lanai with a view of Honolulu is wonderful! The owners provide a simple but filling breakfast and a coffee station and fridge near the sleeping quarters. All staff were welcoming and receptive to questions. If you’re looking for accommodation away from the Waikiki area, or near UH, this is a great choice. We would definitely stay here again! "

"Pros: This is our first time staying at a lodge like this, so close to nature, just like camping. You will hear coqui frog whole night & seeing them jumping next to your door step. Animals free roaming, peacocks, ducks, chicken. Kids loved it. Cons: There is barely any light at night in the Property…so if you come back late, it’s a bit challenging to find your cabin."
