"This unit was as per all the photos. Nicley renovated and clean with everything you need for a short stay. The closest beach was out the back patio, across the golf course and through the woods, just a few minutes walk. We did see turtles coming up for air at this beach just to the south of the hotel beach bay the first day but the water was very rough and had a coral shore. "As others have said the building is under renovation. Our first morning there was a Friday and the crew showed up but it was raining too hard. Then the weekend so we did not have work going on while we there. We did have scaffolding in front but it didn't spoil the view or our time on the lanai. "The North Shore is such a special place and this condo is in an amazing location. Lots of beach access nearby and a fantastic grouping of fruit stands and organic shave ice across the street. Wonderful Stay for Christmas and New Year
"Everything was just pefect! Great location to relax, nice beach in front of the hotel.. room was clean, comfortable and remodeled, smelling like new (carpet at least). Great for families that want to enjoy a peacefully stay, far from big cities (at least one hour from Waikiki). Just thought the parking could be be cheaper (cause 20 dollars a day, for a week, wa too much)."

"O lugar é incrível, a vista é a localização são de tirar o fôlego. Na beira da praia, por do sol… mas a limpeza deixa a desejar, cafeteira suja, muita poeira em cima dos móveis. O único lugar para escovar os dentes e um tanque e estava muito sujo e nojento. Banheiro se quiser sentar no vaso tem q deixar a porta aberta, e o banho e com água fria. Como passávamos o dia visitando as praias quando chegávamos na yurt já era noite e não dava para tomar um banho completo pois a água não esquentava. O locar e bem distante do centro de Haleiwa, de carro uns 15 minutos mais tudo certo, falta mesmo manutenção e limpeza para deixar o lugar top. Pelo valor vale gastar mais um pouquinho e ficar em Turtle bay. "
