We have neighbors close by so quiet time is observed from 9pm to 7am.
Please wash sandy feet. In Hawaii it’s customary to remove footwear while indoors. This is more of a suggestion than a rule.
Please refrigerate and seal food to keep the tropical bugs at bay. We will conduct a room service every 3rd day please let us know if you need sooner.

The place was a great stay for going up to the national park. They also had quite a nice gesture of providing snacks, fruit, and bread which came in handy with our hikes up on the mountain. We definitely would stay again!

Very nice bed and breakfast located in Pukalani, a/k/a upcountry Maui. Located in a residential area, it is a great location to start any activity in Maui. Pros: Large clean climate controlled room area, comfortable bed, multiple seating areas, 2 head shower with very good water pressure, strong wifi signal, kitchenette nicely furnished, free off-street parking, convenient to local shopping and golf course. Check in was effortless and the host provided some welcome gifts which enhanced our visit. Cons: Really nothing other than a couple of steps inside which can catch you off guard in the dark. Motion activated lights worked well along the entranceway, but those located in the interior areas needed some maintenance. Plenty of interior light, but like other converted B&Bs, the light switch locations are sometimes awkward. The host has labeled each switch as to it's function, so it doesn't take long to figure things out. The other reviews citing noise issues were unfounded other than noises normally associated with a residential area. Photos accurately represent the accommodations. I would not hesitate to stay at this B&B again and would recommend it highly.

The host was very detailed with the instructions of the location, as well as how to get it into unit. The host filled the unit with great local snacks - bread, guava butter, fresh fruits, coffee, etc.....such a special treat! The unit was very big with plenty of linens and towels. Perfect for a night before heading to sunrise at the crater. Room is attached to home, but still felt mostly private.It was wonderful to have breakfast items that were grab and go for our early drive!Thanks!

Noise like talking went right through from the neighbor. No thermostat. Curtains are see through. We felt like we had no privacy. Water had funny taste. Room was clean and pretty well supplied.

Cool little spot. Dogs are not a fan of visitors, but was perfect for what I needed and would 100% stay here again. I don't know why there are skiing questions here, this a place in Hawaii, the surfing is good. Rad golf course right there played 18 it was fun.

Excellent location for visiting Haleakala NP. The drive for a sunrise reservation was not difficult at all and was fairly close. It was also easy to get down into town to the Target and other stores but was nicely located in a residential neighborhood on the slopes in Up Country. The host was communicative and helpful. The B&B was nicely decorated with unique and beautiful furniture and very clean and very organized. Everything is helpfully labeled. We would definitely consider staying here again on a return trip!

It was a perfect choice! We wanted a place convenient for an early morning departure for sunrise at Haleakala. Tyler was very easy to communicate with, flexible and helpful. We arranged for a slightly later departure - so it was lovely to shower after the beach before our flight. The breakfast options were perfect for us to pack up for sunrise. It was very spacious and the small kitchen had everything we needed. We were only there for 2 nights and we were out and about most of the time. There were beach chairs, towels and an umbrella available for the beach. I would happily stay here again.

This property was very clean and in a good location for the activities we had planned. The light breakfast had a nice variety of food. The only negative is that it's connected to another residence that had dogs that barked alot.

This was in the perfect place for us arriving from the Big Island and going on the road to Hana the following day with a trip up to the summit of Haleakala on arrival day. The host had left some lovely gifts (coffee, chocolate, milk, yogurt and fruit), which was both thoughtful and handy. Clean, spacious and quiet. Only downside was bed for third person was very uncomfortable and not made up on arrival. Perhaps host had forgotten there were three of us. Definitely comfy for two and a great place for an overnight stay for convenience in a lovely neighbourhood in the foothills of the mountain.

Just what I needed!

This place was perfect for my stay. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as pictured. Check-in was seamless, and I really appreciated that the host gave me space and didn’t bother me at all—everything was smooth and easy. It was quiet, comfortable, and hassle-free. Perfect site before heading up Haleakala

The space was nice and clean. We had food to take with us during the trip up to sunrise viewing. My son had fun playing with the hosts’ kids. They were all kind and pleasant to talk with. The town, Makawao is a really cute little destination.

Charming decorations and immaculately clean. Tasty fresh fruit, bread, milk, and yogurt provided by the host. Couldn't recommend this place more.
