"I didn’t actually stay there. I had reserved the entire property in may and december23, the Monday before we were supposed to arrive the owner said they were no longer able to accommodate us. They asked me to cancel the stay in order to receive a refund and didn’t answer any calls or emails for help in finding an alternative.
