"The room is on the 23rd floor. To get there you have to use the stairs or the elevators. At least one of the elevators was broken for about half the time were there.The room itself was fine. When we arrived the smoke detector was chirping. A maintenance worker was there within 30 minutes to fix it. The coffee maker was gross -didn't look like it has been maintained. We ended up getting coffee from the store down the block every day. However everything else cooking wise was in fine condition. We...

"The location was excellent. Close to the shops and beach. The unit was large and clean and comfortable. We appreciated the kitchen and large freezer because we bring home local favorites that are best transported frozen. The only downside was the air conditioner didn’t drain properly and the water collected on the balcony. We tried everything the instructions recommended but the water still collected."

"We absolutely loved our stay here in Luana Waikiki hotel and suites.This is our 3rd stay and it doesn’t disappoint. Staff is attentive and friendly. The pool area is very clean and inviting, with lots of towels.We like to walk so this hotel is close enough to walk into the busy Waikiki area without all the extra noise. I would highly recommend a stay at Luana Waikiki."

"Condo was very clean/stylish. The outside building and hallway is a little more run down compared to the condo. Had full kitchen, queen bed, and trundle bed. Kitchenware, towels, and detergent provided. Nice view of marina with boats. There is a restaurant and pub below and could hear the music and noise at all hours. ABC store/McDonalds across the street. 10 to 15 min walk to Ala Moana Mall. About a 5 min walk to the beach. Trolley stop within a block. Pretty far from Waikīkī beach so had to...

"The location of the room and view was great! However, the room itself was left to be desired ...it's pretty old and dated and wasn't very clean. The shower door was hard to slide along the track so I kept it open as I didn't want to risk breaking the glass, the base of the toilet was stained and the bathroom had a rancid urine smell to it. The outlets by the beds were very loose and couldn't keep my charger plugged in without pushing the night stands against it.. also that is how the lamps were...
