"We stayed in the Alabama Room on the ground floor of the Welty House. The room was clean, everyone was friendly, and we really appreciated the history of the property. The only strange thing was that the blankets always felt damp, although the sheets were dry. There was a dehumidifier in the room, so perhaps it was just the humidity. We didn’t complain since the sheets were all we really needed. We tried the $18 breakfast one morning. We knew it was in the Victorian House, but it was confusing...

"Under new ownership has the kitchen open to guests at all hours. NIce tho some guests cook and dont wash their dishes and no one on site to supervise it. I put way dishes from the staff baking muffins early in the day and wiped counters and tied up a full to the brim garbage can. I like the access to kitchen and common area but not if area is not monitored. Room was clean as usual and comfortable and well decorated. NO hot water for morning shower in upstairs room tho."

"Este bed & breakfast foi totalmente reformado. Está novinho em folha e com uma decoração muito bonita. O único problema é não ter elevador. Se vc ficar no último andar, terá que subir 2 lances de escada com as malas. O café da manhã deixado à porta do quarto, tem uns docinhos gostosos e café."

"Small room with not much privacy because of the glass double doors with blackouts. But it had what we needed for a 1 night stay. Very simple breakfast, but fair enough. All in all, we didn't regret staying there."

"The hotel has a vintage look to it, the decoration is nice and the customer service excellent. We had to leave early and we were not able to enjoy their breakfast, most places start at 6am, their breakfast starts a little late for us 8am. Overall a nice experience and would come back again."
