"The house was perfect for our stay with two teens. The garage was equipped with beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, etc. which was great to have on beach days. The kitchen was great to cook simple meals and the house was well maintained. The only complaint my husband had was there were no curtains in the master bedroom- with the letlag, we were up with the sun regardless! thanks for a great stay!"

"This once grand resort is fading into mediocrity which is a shame, based on the amazing setting and location. Hawaii doesn't make it easy on the hospitality industry either, despite its vital importance to the economy, but this jewel has great bones and potential. The rooms are spacious but very dated and worn. The train is so slow and infrequent that one should be prepared to walk the long distances from the rooms to the lobby. The staff were friendly and helpful but they cannot fully...
