"The cottage was comfy and felt like home. The kitchen was well supplied. Everything was very clean and in good condition. Very quiet."

However, we were initially given the wrong gate code, which caused a bit of confusion. Thankfully, I was able to locate the correct code in the Vrbo listing and get us in without too much trouble.Once inside the property, we did have a little difficulty finding the actual unit. "This place has no A/C and nowhere on the description does it list this. I came to Hawai'i to be comfortable, not stiffled nightly by humidity. The owner refused a partial refund for a 2 week stay after I expressed not wanting to stay here. I didn't expect a full refund, but at least half would have been nice. Never again using this app or service."
