"The hotel is in an excellent, walkable location. It's not quiet--NYC is a very noisy city! There is a 24 hour doorman and front desk which made it feel safe. The furniture in the living area of our executive junior sutie was a bit worn. The style of the sofa caused the cushions to slide out when you sat down. It was otherwise quite comfortable. The windows only opened about 3 inches, and the cooling system/fan seemed to make the room warmer. I tend to get too hot at night so that was a...

"Great location, 4 blocks from grand central station, Walking distance for Broadway show. Clean, simple, no frills accommodation with very comfortable beds. Only minor issue was low water pressure in shower. Good communication with host. "
