"Good bed, towel, and pillow. Good communication with the owner and good internet. The cleanliness of the apartment could be improved; I suggested to the owner to pay more attention to the window since the spaces next to the air conditioner were covered with pieces of cardboard, leaving the apartment unprotected and very noisy. We were on the first floor, and it felt like anyone passing by on the street was right inside the room, given the lack of proper protection."

"This is a lovely, spacious (for NYC) 3 bedroom apartment my team used for a business trip. It was clean, comfortable and very conveniently located. We will definitely use it again."

"For what this place was it was great. Two bedrooms, a nice size common area and kitchen space. The bathroom is awkward around the toilet, but fine. Neighborhood has eveeything you need. Being on the 2nd floor is a plus the building is a walk up. Host was great responded fine."
