"The apartment had ground level entry with a basement bedroom. The check in was unclear/incomplete. The property also listed a washing machine. When I messaged the host asking where the washing machine was, the host sent a video and instructions with a key code to an entry door on a different floor to access the washer/dryer in a hallway of the main floor. The washer/dryer was coin operated. This is not an amenity. There were no towel hooks or towel rods in the bathrooms. There were only 6...

"Very spacious - way more room than anticipated for a Williamsburg rental. Great location - coffee and scones across the street, MTA 6 min walk, a number of great bakeries and cafes within walking distance. Great amenities - plenty of fridge space for late night pizza debates, hot water in the bathroom, filtered water in the fridge, great bed. Near enough to nightlife, but not so close to be disruptive. Highly recommend. "

"Worst VRBO experience imaginable. No AC. No microwave. No ventilation or natural light. RATS everywhere outside, and no screens, so windows cannot be opened. This is an illegal unit with multiple code violations. Showers don’t drain so the water is up to your shins when you are finished. Only Lukewarm water in shower and scalding water in the sink. Cheap, worn linens. It was 85 degrees in the apartment. No fans. No lamps. No mirrors— just a cracked, broken mirror on the medicine cabinet which...
