Hours before check-in the host contacted me off the VRBO platform to let me know that they had an error on their part and the address of the listing is wrong. This was a safety concern but I was arriving to a different country with my partner and child and needed a place to go. I found a torn couch, dirty bathroom with leftover soap from previous guests, dirty refrigerator, worn towels, and overall poor cleanliness. The listed address also did not match the actual property location. I contacted both the host and VRBO and documented everything with photos. Would not stay here again."

"The apartment had ground level entry with a basement bedroom. The check in was unclear/incomplete. The property also listed a washing machine. When I messaged the host asking where the washing machine was, the host sent a video and instructions with a key code to an entry door on a different floor to access the washer/dryer in a hallway of the main floor. The washer/dryer was coin operated. This is not an amenity. There were no towel hooks or towel rods in the bathrooms. There were only 6...
