"The pictures of the property were accurate. Beds large and comfortable. However, the host did not answer his phone the few times I called. I had to call the help line for assistance and information on how to enter the property. The Host lived in the first-floor unit. He seemed confused when we arrived however, we arrived 30 minutes early. "This was a great property and a great location in Brooklyn. It was close to the public transportation we wanted to teach my son to use. The owner has updated the rooms. The kitchen was fully outfitted, so when were were exhausted, there it was for some light cooking, or quick breakfast. The bathroom has a cool and classic subway tile style. First rate. We're already considering another trip."

"This was a great place to stay- very clean and had all the kitchen supplies we needed. We even got a little bowl of candy on the table! The host was amazing to work with, and helped meet all of our needs. She was easy to get a hold of, and answered all of our questions. The check in process was very detailed and easy. She sent us the codes to get in, as well as a video to explain it even further. I would stay here again if I came to the area!"

"This was a beautiful space for us to spend Thanksgiving. The subway was a nice 20 minute walk and the neighborhood and neighbors were friendly and interesting. "I stayed here with some friends over the weekend and I would highly recommend it. Neysa was great with communication, making our stay very easy. The interior of the space is beautiful, with a lot of helpful items added. The surrounding area has several stores and restaurants within walking distance, it is also very close to the train and Citi bike stations. We will definitely stay again in the future!"

"The apartment was perfect! The kitchen was well equipped, good amount of space and so nice having an outdoor patio. The bathroom was spacious and modern and it was great having two tvs. The apartment building was super safe and laundry was easy to use. The area was perfect and felt very safe with a toddler. "O hotel fica no mesmo quarteirão de uma estação de metrô que te leva a qualquer lugar de NY. Cheguei mais cedo e eles ficaram com minhas malas até a hora do checkin guardadas. Cama e travesseiros confortáveis, chuveiro excelente. Quarto espaçoso, conta com cabides e 3 gavetas para acomodar as coisas durante a estadia. Cadeira e espaço para home office. Aquecedor e ar condicionado. Não servem café da manhã mas existe um espaço com microondas, água, maquina de gelo, copo e talheres para que você tome seu café ali. Maquina de bebida e alguns alimentos também. Existem vários mercados próximos onde você pode comprar os alimentos. Únicas ressalvas: meu quarto não tinha frigobar, nem cesto de lixo, tive que providenciar uma sacola a parte e ir jogando no lixo do térreo durante a estadia. A acústica é um pouco ruim, é possível ouvir as conversas em volta, mas nada que atrapalhe muito. Me hospedaria de novo lá com certeza."
