"The comminication needs to be improved. I had to call to receive instructions. I was told that they had been sent by mail, but the only instructions were about payments. I guess it could be better if you send instruction by Wh App before arriving. The window bathroom was exposed to the street. We had to take a shower with the lights off."

"Quarto excelente. Local paradisíaco. Equipe excepcional!!!"

"Lovely stay, very welcoming, super clean, my little dayghter loved the smoothies and the natural pool w/ fishes."

"Wow!!! If you are looking to relax in nature this is the place. The hosts and staff were amazing making sure our every need was met including getting a Drs appointment for my son. They would also prepare us meals on request. At night you can enjoy the fire by the cenote with the glowing lights inside the caves. During the day the birds are very entertaining we even spotted a toucan. Honestly we can’t say enough about this heaven on earth. We will definitely be returning next year. "

"Simplesmente o melhor resort all-inclusive vegano que existe"

"We stayed at Secrets Akumal Cancun for four nights over New Year’s. Overall, the hotel is good, and most of the staff make an effort to provide good service. The Preferred Club Lounge was a highlight. Diego was excellent at reception, and Angel was always attentive. Our second concierge, Metz, made a real difference after we upgraded our suite.
