"Communication was excellent and friendly. Great location! Easy walk to tennis and restaurants. Very spacious apartment in a lovely villa. A/C worked great. I wish the pool was not murky and the towels were not synthetic. Again the location, the apartment, the staff were wonderful and I really liked the vibrant floral pattern of the sheets."

"Funcionários muito atenciosos e solícitos. Quarto espaço, bem limpo. O hotel tem um prédio único, logo não precisamos andar grandes distâncias. Acabei com bons equipamentos."

"Lovely stay, very welcoming, super clean, my little dayghter loved the smoothies and the natural pool w/ fishes."

"Quartos limpos, apesar da mobilia velha. Comida razoavel, drinks péssimos…. No quesito de bebidas, o pior resort que ja fui! "

"The staff was excellent and the whole experience was great. Plan on booking there again next year."

"I did the reservation in one hotel and they moved me without prior notice to another hotel in the resort. I did the check in and they sent me to a room wich was not cleaned. Then I had to move to another room in the end of the day. They never explained nothing to me and apologized for the inconvenient."

"Quarto amplo, confortável e limpo. Café da manhã muito gostoso e fomos muito bem revepcionados."

"Wow!!! If you are looking to relax in nature this is the place. The hosts and staff were amazing making sure our every need was met including getting a Drs appointment for my son. They would also prepare us meals on request. At night you can enjoy the fire by the cenote with the glowing lights inside the caves. During the day the birds are very entertaining we even spotted a toucan. Honestly we can’t say enough about this heaven on earth. We will definitely be returning next year. "

"Simplesmente o melhor resort all-inclusive vegano que existe"
