Foi terrível, fomos expulsos do quarto devido ao encerramento da sonder com a Marriots sem suporte algum ou apoio. Não recebi contato de ninguém sobre reembolso, nem da sonder e nem da hotéls. Os funcionários da sonder foram tirados da recepção e não tivemos apoio ou informações. Tive que alugar outro de urgência com risco de ficar na rua Inaceitável

The fire alarm went off throughout the night, and dogs were barking in the hallway all night long. It was impossible to get a good night’s sleep. The room was clean, but the shower wasn’t properly sealed, and water leaked out onto the entire bathroom floor every time we showered. One bath mat wasn’t enough to deal with all the water.
