The master bedroom offers a king bed, bathroom, closet and a desk with a comfortable chair ideal for people who study or work from home. The second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, bathroom and a desk with chair. The third bedroom has two single beds and a shared bathroom. All three bedrooms have TV and air conditioning.

- Additionally, we have access to an exclusive Beach Club (Reef Playacar) for guests staying in this condominium.

The complex has 4 pools, of which one has heating and another is for practicing swimming with depths for adults and children, some of them have fountains, lounge chairs, umbrellas, and plenty of areas around the pool. Your condominium has direct access to these heated pool areas.



On the second floor of the common areas there is covered space for meetings with a garden table and gym. These spaces have a view of the gardens and pools. On the first floor you will find the business center. Rest area for parties and games that includes a pool table and ping pong table. Vaivén del Viento has underground parking to access the condominium from the lobby, so you won't get wet if it rains. It also has a ramp from the parking lot that leads to the elevator, ideal for wheelchairs. These elevators also connect to the gym, the solarium, and the game room.
