Apartamentos em Lower Manhattan, NY

"First and most important, this is NOT a one bedroom apartment. It is very clearly a studio. I asked the host prior to our stay to clarify this and they said that it is a one bedroom with a wall and a door between the living space and the bedroom. They lied. The check-in was a nightmare because we were told that the key lock was on a bike rack near the place. It was a block away on a steel rack around a tree. We had to try several locks before we found the right one. The sheets, comforters...

"Very clean"

"Great location easy to walk everywhere we needed to go."

"**Public Service Announcement: DO NOT RENT FROM THIS HOST**This was one of the most horrific rental experiences I have ever had.The problems started the moment we arrived. The apartment's doorknob was visibly broken. When I contacted the host through the VRBO messaging system, she immediately tried to move the conversation to WeChat, which was the first major red flag. She then sent me a separate text message from her personal phone requesting payment through Zelle, which is clearly against VRBO...

"This is a great old building in a great lower Manhattan location. Owner provided everything in the apartment to make it an excellent stay. Lots of natural light and views of lower New York. "

"Great place fit everyone comfortably. Would definitely recommend!"

"We loved our stay. The apartment was very spacious and perfect for our family. Beds were comfortable and the whole place was spotless. Plenty of towels and blankets and the washer dryer came in handy. The steps to get up to the apartment were a bit of a challenge but well worth it. To be fair I live below sea level in Louisiana so I wasn’t used to it climbing stairs. I would definitely book again."
