"My husband, son and I stayed there for a lacrosse tournament at Stony Brook. The apt. was very clean and perfect for 2-3 people. The AC is run by the main house and when it got a little warm the first day I reached out to Stu and he and his wife quickly lowered the temp for us and it was perfect. Cute neighborhood-we visited Stony Brook village, Port Jeff and Sunken Meadow Park in our off time. Last year we stayed in Patchogue which was nice but we enjoyed the North Shore this year. "We were Iin town for a couple of nights to visit nearby Hofstra. Easy to find, lots of parking, and a clean and well-maintained two-bedroom apartment.Thank you to the host for making us feel welcome. We enjoyed our stay and will gladly check in there again should we return to Long Island.Highly recommended."

"Nice stay enjoyed it "

"So glad we found this listing! It was perfect for a long weekend for a wedding at Oheka Castle. The deck overlooking the owner’s backyard and gardens was so beautiful and peaceful. The property sits back from the road and up a driveway which makes it even more private and quiet. We were able to make a short drive to great local towns for dining,(shopping if you want) and beaches and a boardwalk.We highly recommend this property."

"Went for jones beach - very nice neighborhood and cozy living space! everything was very clean, lots of places to go in the area. I had a great time!"

"Martin was amazing, I had told him we were celebrating my wife’s birthday, he had a gift bag waiting for her! We were so close to everything we had planned to see! Apartment was very cosy."

"We went to check in around 5pm since check in was at 4. Luckily we were able to leave our kids with family while we went to check out the place and unload our luggage. We arrived and parked in the street like we were told and walked to the back around the whole yard on an unfinished path. We had to step over a large roof drain pipe to get to the basement door which was not very safe. "This place was very nice and very clean."

"Scott’s place was quaint and accommodated us relatively well for a 2 night stay. Check in was easy and Scott was easy to reach. The furniture was a bit chintzy, we were worried the couch would break if we sat on it and the bistro kitchen set as well but fortunately nothing even came close to breaking. Only other concern was the outside need don’t clean up of cobwebs and a few big scary bugs. Thank you for hosting Scott!"
