"We visited Long Island for a family visit and have stayed with my wife, Daughter and my dog Molly! The apartment was just right for us, clean and comfortable. I did meet the owner who was very nice and welcoming.I would definitely consider for my next visit to NY!"

"Great location. Comfy bed, nice TV. Low water pressure in shower and took an extremely long time to heat up. Quiet and private. Easy parking."

"We booked 3 nights but only stayed for one.Home was very clean and decor beautiful. Neighborhood extremely quiet. Uber service was fast in the area. No issues. Just as advertised. Can recommend preferably to a couple as space is small. Stairs not suitable for heavy/lots of luggage thou. Overall we loved it."

We appreciated the nice touches such a seasonal decorating, water and small snacks at the coffee bar, a hair dryer and lint brush etc. The nicely folded towels were cute! "This place is amazing. Beautifully decorated. Just the right size for 2. And immaculate! And no stairs to climb. We come twice a year, at the beginning and at the end of summer: around a week each time. We always find new places to explore, new restaurants to try, and our old tried and true favorites: the 2 mile long boardwalk, the beach (complete with beach passes), the guaranteed parking spot (!), and Kim, our attentive host. "

"Lunavista Cozy studio was an amazing stay. The owners were very communicative and friendly. The room was very clean, smelled nice, and well organized. Lots of amenities and everything I wanted was provided including toiletries. The only minor downside was that the location as it is along a very busy roadway but I had no issues personally. Check-in and check-out process was smooth. Would definitely stay here again!"
