"Location of property was close to shops and highways. Family friendly clean rooms."

"Yes the host was welcoming but there were two major issues 1. The location address was totally different than where we stayed. Instead of being a block away from the subway we were were eight blocks up a big hill. We had a baby and two toddlers. 2. Even though it's no days prior to our arrival, the steps to the apartment had 3 to 4 in of ice on it and were very dangerous and made going into the apartment the first day extremely dangerous and difficult to bring our belongings.
