It is a one-bedroom apartment, furnished with the basics for you to spend an excellent vacation. It is located on the ground floor (no stairs to climb except to go to the terrace)

Includes only one cleaning before your arrival and one after your departure. If you need extra cleaning or a change of sheets and towels, we can schedule it in advance (at an extra cost).

Payment must be made by Airbnb to reserve the desired dates. The security deposit is only charged if the apartment is delivered with any damage upon departure.

RULES DURING YOUR STAY:

- The reservation is only for registered guests, visits or extra guests or pets are not allowed.
- Please respect our quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am
- Please do not smoke inside the property or consume illegal substances.
- Please do not use the towels to wipe off your makeup or bronzer.
- The toilets in the area do not support paper inside the bowl and also to take care of the environment we ask you not to throw them or any other object because it can be covered and contaminate a lot.
- We are not allowed to hang towels or clothes on balconies or windows in view of the neighbors.
- We ask you not to leave garbage in common areas or outside the property, if you do not know where to throw the garbage please ask us.


⚠️ IMPORTANT:
- Replacement for loss of key or towel has a cost of $20 US each.
- You have total privacy in the property, however, if there is any force majeure where we have to access, we will let you know in advance (Floods, leaks, fire, etc.)
