"Safe location, looks newly restored. Neighbors upstairs they’re terrible walking all night and loud talking"

"C completely misrepresented did not stay there far from a luxury apartment advised to check into a different location no code or communication prior to check in time at 4 PM. Received emails and poor communication after 6:30 PM apartment smelled very musty and like a dead body was inside, extremely unprofessional and horrible experience. "

"This is a scam and at the same time others guest’s was there for same booking but we can’t get any feed the property support and we returned from the property and kids suffered a lot!!!"

"My experience did not match the listing. I was asked to make payment outside the platform and the check-in process was not clear. I would not recommend this property. ⸻ ⭐⭐ Balanced Review The property did not meet expectations. When I arrived, the check-in process was unclear and the home appeared to be partially occupied. I was also instructed to make a payment outside of Hotels.com instead of using the platform. This caused confusion and concern. I would suggest the listing be...

"Excelente acomodação, funcionários educados!"

"Hotel"

"Do not go to this place. The staff sucks. First night. I learned that it is a motel, no signs to lead you to the front desk, so I entered through the back door, walk up. After dragging my suitcase up stairs, I see that it was an entry for guests. I left my suitcase and headed to the front desk. There, I was greeted with noise. Parties to go. I asked for the 2nd, and only upper floor, motel. They only had vacancies on deck one. Now hear me, all the party goers were on the 2nd deck...

"The staff team was well-equipped and very kind. There was a little dust on the floor and a few stains on the chairs, but nothing that made the environment feel substantially dirty. Overall, it was a good accommodation experience at a very good cost."

"Excellent Hotel"

"O pessoal é atencioso. Mas a limpeza não me agradou. Tanto do quarto quanto do hall do hotel.
