"Foi terrível, fomos expulsos do quarto devido ao encerramento da sonder com a Marriots sem suporte algum ou apoio. Não recebi contato de ninguém sobre reembolso, nem da sonder e nem da hotéls. Os funcionários da sonder foram tirados da recepção e não tivemos apoio ou informações. Tive que alugar outro de urgência com risco de ficar na rua Inaceitável "

"I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel LIV in the Bronx. The hotel is modern, clean, and the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained — a great place to relax after a busy day in the city. The Bronx itself isn’t the most polished area of New York, but it has its own local charm. While some parts can feel a bit rough around the edges, the neighborhood around the hotel felt safe and had everything I needed nearby. One big plus is that the subway is very close to the hotel, making it super easy to get anywhere in NYC. Having that kind of access to the trains made a huge difference during my stay. What truly made the experience stand out was the service — especially from Ben. Ben was incredibly helpful, always kind, and went out of his way to make sure I felt welcome. "O quarto estava limpo, apesar de não ter serviço de quarto nos 5 dias que fiquei. Há aquele cheiro forte de canabis no ar, mas isso parece que está pela cidade inteira. "

"O hotel em si é novo, mas a região é horrível, suja, insegura e pouco movimentada. É bem errado achar que seria uma boa região por estar ao lado do hospital. O atendimento é protocolar, basicamente respostas sim e não, não há boa vontade em ajudar."
