They have a right to some communication and assurance that the apartment they have paid for will be accessible if their flight is delayed. Owner refused to answer questions & delayed making clear that he would be able to get the key to us until very last possible moment. "We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking.There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them.The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting...
