"Great property, fully renovated with everything included in the house. Big backyard where our kids spent most of their time when at the property. Host was very nice and understanding when we lost the key on the first day. Overall great experience. 10/10"

"The property is beautiful with a gorgeous view of Seneca Lake.The property needs some tlc - the towels were provided but very poor quality. No body wash was in dispensers in showers. Unfortunately, our stay was disrupted by a mouse or mice on the first floor. We would have enjoyed more if that wasn’t occurring.First floor bedrooms were not very clean, spiders."

"The location ON the Moose River was gorgeous but the cottages are VERY close so it was a little noisy. The decorations on the grounds for Halloween were adorable! It was difficult to learn how to operate the TV and the heaters (it was cold in the mornings). There were no instructions left to run either item and when we called the number listed, we could only leave a message but nobody called us back. We had to wait till the next day when the office was open ..then someone came right away. The...

"We attended a family wedding and property worked out great! Beds were so comfortable and it was very quiet. Liked that it was close to Ithaca. We did have ants in the kitchen and master bath. The towels were stained and worn."
