"The property is beautiful with a gorgeous view of Seneca Lake.The property needs some tlc - the towels were provided but very poor quality. No body wash was in dispensers in showers. Unfortunately, our stay was disrupted by a mouse or mice on the first floor. We would have enjoyed more if that wasn’t occurring.First floor bedrooms were not very clean, spiders."

"The location ON the Moose River was gorgeous but the cottages are VERY close so it was a little noisy. The decorations on the grounds for Halloween were adorable! It was difficult to learn how to operate the TV and the heaters (it was cold in the mornings). There were no instructions left to run either item and when we called the number listed, we could only leave a message but nobody called us back. We had to wait till the next day when the office was open ..then someone came right away. The...

"The host had good communications. We had an issue with the furnace going out and they came quickly but were unable to fix it, so the host moved us to another unit close to where we were. Inconvenient but no ones fault.The place is comfortable, but some items were a bit spartan. With a large group and 12 bedrooms, we would have expected a few more large pots and pans."
