"The condo is fabulous. The owners renovation was superb. The guest bathroom tile could use a bit of touch up to avoid leaks at the tub and mildew. A major issue: the hot water heater is set at a scalding hot temperature. I would strongly advise setting it to a lower temperature."

"Overall had a nice stay at this apartment. Here are a few inaccuracies, though, that made a difference for my family: the listing says first floor but this is on the 3rd floor, there was no coffee maker, and there was no twin futon (only two loveseat couches). Also, only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 guests for 3 nights. Otherwise the apartment was clean and spacious and had most other amenities you would need! Neighborhood was great and there was lots of parking available."

We would stay here again… and honestly the place design was better than listed. However there can be improvement in cleanliness and few hardware features of the place."

"John's VRBO was clean, comfortable and extremely convenient for catching the bus into Port Authority each day. It is probably less than a quarter mile walk up to the bus stop. The bus comes frequently and is very easy to use once you know you are looking for #51, which is not a city bus but apparently a private company. Once you are on the bus it's about a 15 minute ride to P.A. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was well equipped and having an extra half bath was handy. The kitchen is spacious...

"We love this property. The overall environment looks like a hotel. The host is also very nice and will remind us of alternate street parking."

"My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. This is such a cute and cozy place! Just like the pictures. In a beautiful neighborhood that is close to everything. We always felt safe, even walking around at night. So many restaurants within walking distance and very easy access to NYC. AJ was definitely awesome to work with. We would highly recommend this place. We will absolutely book again when we go back this year!"

"Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage, von welcher man mit dem Bus aus in ca. 15-20 Minuten in Manhattan ist. Der check-in funktioniert easy über eine Schlüsselbox. Das Einzige, was uns gestört ja ist, dass die Betten leider wahnsinnig gequietscht haben, weshalb man kaum durchschlafen konnte - hier müssten einfach einmal neue Betten her und dann ist alles top :-)"

"Cute apartment in the journal square area. Close to path about a 5 min walk. Took the path to get into Hoboken and downtown jersey city. Parking definitely a challenge-we parked our car in the Journal square parking garage $60 for 2 nights. That was about a 5 min walk as well. The apartment is a great little place. Pictures of apartment are very accurate. Perfect for what we were looking for. Roof top is amazing-the view of NYC skyline was seriously beautiful. We sat up there for drinks both...

"The property was very clean and well maintained. It met all our expectations. Was great for our family (two adults, two teens). The neighbourhood looks a little gritty initially but a little exploration reveals its quite safe and a very strong Latino presence. Lots of interesting restaurants, particularly on Bergline Avenue. Groceries, banks, drug stores etc all there as well. Spectacular views of Manhatten if you go around the corner and down 60th or 61st streets towards the Hudson River....

"This unit is on a lovely street and about a ten mite walk to the PATH train, mostly what I stayed for. Host was very helpful and good at communicating I recommend!"

"This is a very nice property that's nicely appointed with modern amenities. It's open and airy with a large window in the living area which is nice for natural lighting. The television has surround sound which presented a slight issue for me, but I contacted the owner and he immediately responded to resolve my issue. This property is on the top level, so be prepared for stairs as soon as you enter the door (not a big deal but wanted future occupants to be aware). The outside rooftop deck area...

"Foi excelente!! A localização é perfeita, perto de todos os metrôs necessários para ir uptown ou downtown. E mesmo sendo colado na times square, o quarto era muito silencioso. Além disso, vale muito a pena a estadia nesse hotel pois ele tem cozinha, então todos os dias acabei cozinhando no café da manhã ou na janta. Isso ajudou a economizar e também dar uma descansada das comidas de rua. "

"Hotel modesto, mas que cumpre ao preço pago a que se propõe. Instalações limpas e banheiro comum reformado. Não tenho o que reclamar da limpeza. Funcionários do lobby não são rudes, como tinha visto em algumas reclamações sobre o hotel. Lógico que, com a grande circulação de hóspedes, eles são pontuais nas informações. Apenas dois funcionários foram bem ruins - mas infelizmente não lembro o nome (um senhor é uma mulher). Hotel de ótima localização. Me hospedaria lá novamente"

"O apart foi excelente para nossa necessidade. Os quartos, amplos para tamanho de NY, cozinha super equipada e nova, banheiro com chuveiro forte e bom. Apartamento com muitas janelas, bem claro. De maneira geral foi tudo excelente e super recomendo, a única observação é quanto ao tapete que tinha algumas manchas e davam o aspecto de velho. "
