"Krista is lovely, helpful, and provided prompt responses to questions; she lives in the building, ground floor apartment. The outside of the buiding is a little worn, but the apartment is clean and comfortable, the bed is good quality. There are two fairly steep staircases up to the third floor apartment, the landing between them is a little awkward if you have bags. The neighborhood was okay, not close to much, and a bit loud at night, at least on the weekend. Overall, a good stay."

When we got to the resort, it was nicer than the pictures. everything was very easy at check-in. There were so many little things that were done for us.
