"We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking.There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them.The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting...

"Our experience at this property was excellent. Both the interior and exterior of the rental was very clean and well maintained. Though the house is older, it has been renovated very nicely and met all of our needs. The neighborhood was very peaceful and the neighbors were friendly. There are several laundry mats within walking distance. There are also plenty of food options (7/11, bodegas, chinese food and an excellent pizza place!) This property is within walking distance of several NJ transit...

"Although it’s basic it’s CLEAN, great communication with owner, little benefits like coffee, bottled water, toiletries such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush and toothpaste. Would definitely rent again or other properties from the owner. AND if you’re hungry and like Puerto Rican food the brunch box down the street was great."
