"Owner needs to grasp that guests travel to JFK from long distances. They have a right to some communication and assurance that the apartment they have paid for will be accessible if their flight is delayed. Owner refused to answer questions & delayed making clear that he would be able to get the key to us until very last possible moment. Terrible service and terrible arrangements for anybody who might be traveling a long way— or might run into the quite common cancelations & delays. When...

Check-in was seamless, host was amazing and so easy to communicate with and even gave us a late checkout last minute when we asked. "Great rental for my family of 4 and several cousins. We attended a wedding in Jersey City and it was very convenient to Uber to Maritime Park and back. The owner was a great when we had issues with the Wi-Fi or flexibility with dropping off suitcases early or having an extra hour to leave. The kids loved the game room and the cousins who stored loudly slept in the couch in the game room that folded out nicely into a bed. The door was closed and it worked like a charm.. I would recommend this...

"We really liked the house, comfortable rooms, and the nearby grocery store and liquor store. I'd also like to highlight the ease of getting to NYC. The bus stop is close to the house, and the ease of returning from NYC. The bus drops you off right at the door."

"We had a short 1 night stay here. The house was clean and beds were comfortable but there were 4 spiral staircases, which were not listed in property details. Parking said it was available but in reality, 1 very small garage on property, which did not fit a standard size 4 door car. Parking was within walking distance but an additional fee. These details should be listed on property information."
