"We loved being so close to the center of Mystic! We would have loved to have nicer weather to enjoy the bikes and kayaks, but with a Nor’Easter bearing down on us, we just enjoyed watching the brackish water and blowing sideways rain through the water facing picture window from the comfort and warmth of The Bluffs house lower level. "Daria nota 6 para o Hotel Nova, em Nova York. A experiência foi decepcionante: ao chegar, o lobby estava bagunçado, com muita bagagem acumulada. No quarto, encontrei um lençol solto de um hóspede anterior, e o banheiro estava sem a toalha grande, o que deveria ter sido providenciado. Apesar da boa localização, o serviço e a organização do hotel deixaram a desejar."

"It's a nice looking property from the outside but not in the best of neighbourhoods. The smoke detector on the 2nd floor didn't have a cover on it so not sure if it worked. I had to ring the owner up at 23.00 as I couldn't get the front door opened. You had to pull the handle as you entered the door code."

"I booked this place thru expedia for 3 nights, and stayed there for 2 nights, the third day I flipped the pillow and almost vomited when I saw the dirt and the black hair on the pillow, then i looked under the cover and saw tiny little pieces of dirt and black hair. Also on a second day while sitting in my room locked there was somebody knocking and trying to open the door very agressively saying that he brought me the keys. The place is refusing the refund and an apology."
