"We stayed here based on reviews that it had been renovated and was nice, it was not. The room smelled musty and like cigarettes and dogs. There was no cord on the phone to call the desk, just an old phone with no cord. I walked to the front desk to ask for extra pillows and they said they don’t offer that and were very argumentative. The water in the bathtub didn’t drain right so you stand on dirty water. The room was very unclean on every surface and the air conditioner didn’t work well. It was...

"We really enjoyed our stay at the cresent beach hotel. We were really hoping to maybe find love but instead we were so worried about breaking the bed that we couldn't decide wether we found it or if we would be squashed by the after market 4×4s used to hold the bed up. Please next time bolt the bed to the wall so we can find the love were so desperately seeking. Until next time!"

"The stay here was pleasant & quiet. We stayed in room 5. It was small but cute. The shower will take a long time to heat up, and the toilet sits very low to the floor. There are not many outlets in this room and the one by the chair and bathroom door dosent work. We had also anticipated using the pool during our stay, but it was not running and dirty the entire week. Kind of bummed about that.
