The service for food and srinks was exceptionally slow. We were good tippers and still, took forever to gwt a refill of thr drink. The guy at the swim up bar in the premier section was peonably the worst. We ate lunch in that srction and my wife asked him for coke he said okay. We were done with our food and I asked again to see him speaking with a guy at the swim up and it was not even crowded. There were bugs in the room, so we got an upgrade tocour room whixh was really nice. We enjoyed that location. But I never experienced that before at all inclusives in Mexico. As nice as thr staff was, we waited too long. There was only one unfriendly staff member, and that was the guy at the swim up. Another couple said the same thing. The smell was also putrid. Glad we went to the other beach (Maroma beach) for a day. Wouldnt come back, as nice as the staff and grounds were. Also, food was mediocre. Going back to our other hotel we loved. Also, BEWARE: SHUTTLE ONLY TAKES YOU TO/FROM CANCUN. NOT TULUM. That was not advertised and we had an unexepected taxi charge of $85. It was orignally $120.00 in usd. The taxi service helped us out.
