"No pool. No coffee or ice water in the lobby. The air conditioning in the lobby was broken for a month. The AC in my room worked, but was loud and smelled like it had never been maintained. The steak I ordered was cold. I had to ask for extra pillows 3 times. I’m a Hilton Honors member and travel often. I will start going to Marriott from now on."

"The place felt old and all the walls ceilings and carpets should have been replaced years ago. The bathroom was clean but old and the painting could have been done better by a child. The outlets were crooked. I can't even saw I got what I paid for. That's all."

"It’s a mixed review. The hotel itself was clean and kept up very nicely. The staff were very nice and helpful. The issue was to get to our room, they tell you to drive to an outdoor numbered door. You can get to your room through the lobby but we were not told this to start. We were sent to the back of the building to a door which didn’t lock although it had keycard to swipe. The patrons all used that doorway to smoke. The back parking area is in disrepair and numerous times there were people...
