"Clean room, comfortable beds, pleasant staff. The toilet lid was broken in the bathroom and the faucet needed repair."

"Unfortunately, this was a terrible experience. The room was not clean and there were used condoms hanging from a lamp in the room. The staff was notified and they were also mortified. They gave me another room with ripped carpeting, but at least it was clean. I would not stay at this chain ever again. I hate to write a negative review, but thought warming others was that important."
