"Unfortunately, we had the smallest room with the smallest bathroom (Margaret Room). Normally we don't complain but the experience did not start out well. The toilet seat was loose and it just got worse in the evening. We should have let management know right away but we didn't expect it to fall off. The bathroom sink is narrow and "sideways". I suggested they remove the 2" frame from the bathroom mirror so we could bend down and rinse our mouths out instead of splashing water up to our...

"The room was $250. The description was 'motel-like', but was more like Motel 6-like. OK, the room was dreary, but the bathroom was horrible. The sink and tub area were water damaged and moldy. The exhaust fan was clogged with dust and the shower curtain was torn. And there were ant traps under the horrible sink cabinet tossed in near the hair dryer. Oh, yeah...the coffee machine, which was stuck in the closet, did not work."

"There are a lot of renovations going on, and it might not be at the height of its game… But they do everything they can there to make you comfortable… Including upgrades and five star service. We would definitely go back they are renovating the spa which I believe is probably taking away from giving attention to other parts of the property, but I believe the owner and his staff have all the right intentions and because of that and because of their service, we will definitely be back."

"The inn is very pretty. Make sure to have all the instructions available before you arrive. We arrived late at night, nobody was at the front desk and cell phone reception was terrible so it took me a bit of time to find the room number and code to get in. Be ready to take stairs to get to your room. The room was beautiful and so clean. We never got to see any staff on site, but our short stay was very pleasant."
