"Este hotel localizado na beira da estrada carece de muitas coisas. Atendimento, conforto e limpeza não são seu forte. O café da manhã também é fraquíssimo. É verdade que tudo nos Hamptons é muito caro e este não fica para trás em preço, mas poderia entregar muito mais. Nosso cartão de visita foi chegarmos e não ter absolutamente ninguém para nos receber. Tivemos que ligar para um número e depois de algum tempo apareceu uma pessoa e nos atendeu. "The booking was accidentally made twice and when I checked in I mentioned to DEV (a very nice employee at the desk) that I was due a refund. He said he knew about the error and had fixed the problem, that a refund would be issued. I’m still due a refund. What phone number should I call for help?"

"It was a good stay, very quiet not a lot of traffic. Just wish the room was a little bigger and had somewhere to hang up clothes and an ironing board, my clothes had to stay in my suitcase the entire trip."
