"Excellent location and extremely clean"

"The room was not cleaned properly and had a very unpleasant smell. The beds were also making loud, squeaky noises, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. The quilt and pillowcases had a bad odor and were not usable. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. I have never experienced this level of poor cleanliness and maintenance at a hotel before. I was also surprised to see the property rated 8, as my experience was completely different from what that rating suggests. I honestly...

"We chose this hotel because we were attending a wedding in the area, and it was the closest available hotel with rooms. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. We arrived around 3:00 PM to check in and immediately encountered a long line of guests waiting at the front desk. Despite there only being one customer service representative assisting guests, the process was extremely slow and took over 25 minutes. "Safe hotel and easy access right off the highway. The room was missing the iron but we didn't need it. My wife went to use the hair dryer and it wouldn't work. The bed sagged in the middle but the TV worked, the room was clean and bug-free. Minimal amenities which probably keeps their rates cheaper then other hotels."

"It served its pourpose . Did 2 nights staff was friendly and helpful clean bed, bathroom fridge tv and microwave.. it did its job. Would stay here again and the price was more than reasonable ."
