"When we arrived we were greeted at check in by Ally. Welcoming and friendly. When we went to our room I saw that I couldn’t get up on the bed because I am tiny. We went down to ask if there was a step stool. This time another girl said she didn’t know if they had a stool and if they did there would be an additional charge. I thought that was absurd.
