"Very old yacht. Vertical ladders to get onboard and steep stairs throughout. Had electrical/fuse issues so light switches didn’t work, had lamps to use. Very tight spaces - yes, even for a boat/yacht. Had trouble checking in because host had lost phone, was replaced by checkout time. Did have musty odor due to older vessel. Was a nice stay after the hiccups of checking in."

"The houseboat was clean upon arrival. We really appreciated the cleaning person who helped us to get in as we were struggling with the lockbox.Due to weather conditions, we were unable to take advantage of the outdoor spaces but we did notice that the pulldown steps off the master bedroom would not clear the ceiling. The unit has definitely seen better days and could use a bit of TLC."

"The view on the back of this boat was nice. We really enjoyed the location and proximity to downtown Sausalito. The host was slow to respond through the app and we did not receive videos to explain key details such as parking and door locks. The written directions were possibly outdated or just incorrect."

"Super fun location, that made for a really fun 4th of July. Proximity to Fort Adams gave us the best vantage point for fireworks we could have had. House boat was very nicely made up for us, clean as could be. Comfortable bed, head was clean and functional. Water taxi was super convenient and easy to use, also allowed for awesome access to downtown Newport without needing to deal with cars or traffic. Fun to experience town from the perspective of a boater for once. Overall boat gave us...

"This was the perfect spot to relax and unwind, after 4 days of travel! Great location! Walkable to lots of shops and restaurants"

"Stayed during a heat wave and one of the air conditioners was broken. No reduction in price"

"The boathouse is in a roof over marina that helped keep the heart down when sitting up on the deck. While many other boats, there wasn't many people coming and going. The inside was clean and efficient as one would expect s large boat to be. We only stayed one night but was very nice and within walking distance from downtown restaurants, etc"

"Lovely accommodation! I will be coming back!"
